Looking for something sweet, cold, and refreshing? Then look no more. This Caramel Iced Coffee is simple to whip, and you will get coffee shop flavor right at home. And believe me when I say that the same flavor can be achieved with only 4 ingredients!

I'm a coffee person, & I look for a perfect excuse to go to Starbucks and have a big glass of coffee (preferably skinny). However, since I started making this at home, my visits have decreased significantly. That is only because this easy Caramel Iced Coffee tastes just like Starbucks, if not better.
I like making my favorite drinks/beverages at home. I can experiment with the flavors I like the most, like Turmeric/Golden Latte, Mango Ginger Iced Tea, Butterfly Pea Flower Iced Tea, or my anti-inflammatory Herbal Tea.

⭐ABOUT THE RECIPE
This Iced Caramel Coffee is so refreshing that you can drink it year-round. But it is a special treat during hot weather. A cup of coffee in one hand and walking down the avenue with your girlfriends is a day well spent!
And did I mention that you'll need only 4-ingredients to make this delicious barista-style iced coffee? Yes, that's right! All you need is ice cubes, espresso (or instant coffee), caramel sauce, and milk (of your choice). You can also add whipped cream to make it extra rich.
Making Caramel Iced Coffee is so convenient and affordable. A cup of coffee costs around $5, but making it at home is so much cheaper. You can make at least 4-5 cups at the same price.
It is cost-effective but isn't it better to customize it as per your taste. I'm not a sugar person, and I prefer less to no sugar in my drinks. So making it home is so convenient as I can customize it by adding less sugar or honey. But as it is caramel iced coffee, you don't need to add any sugar. Just drizzle a little caramel sauce, and you're all set.

🔪HOW TO MAKE CARAMEL ICED COFFEE
Check the recipe card below, but you refer here for step-by-step photo instructions for the full recipe.
Start with the brewed coffee. Use the brewed coffee that is not hot. Maybe use the leftover from the morning. Or make the new batch & use it when it's cold.
You can also use Instant Coffe or coffee made in a french press. For bold flavor, use 2 shots of espresso.
Next, in a tall glass, add lots of ice cubes. I like chilled coffee, so I add lots of ice cubes to it.
Add caramel to the glass. You can either add it over the ice cubes & or give it a stir. Or you can drizzle around the edges of the glass.
Add the brewed coffee, and using a big spoon, stir to dissolve the caramel.
Next, add milk of your choice. You can also use creamer or half and half for decadent coffee. Or, for the Vegan option, add oat milk or almond milk.
If you want a more fantastic flavor, add whipped cream on the top and drizzle caramel with a sprinkle of cinnamon. And you'll have totally amazing iced coffee right at home!
📖FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
This iced coffee is absolutely fantastic. It is smooth, creamy, and full of flavors. I have used no sugar; for me, the sweetness of caramel sauce is enough. But if you have a sweet tooth, you can add sugar to milk & use it to make iced coffee. Using a high-quality caramel sauce and the smoothness of caramel makes the taste of coffee so unique.
Any brewed coffee will work great in the recipe. If you have leftover brewed coffee from the morning, use it to make this Caramel Iced Coffee. Or you can make the fresh batch and make sure the coffee is cold when you use it in making the iced coffee.
You can also use:
French Press: You won't believe it, but a simple cup of the french press also tastes great when making this caramel iced Coffee.
Instant Coffee: If you want to save yourself the trouble of first making the coffee and then cooling it, then Instant Pot is perfect.
Espresso: A double shot of espresso gives a nice bold flavor.
You can use any milk in the caramel Iced Coffee that you like. First, you use regular milk (fat-free, 2%, or whole milk). Whole milk is full-fat milk and gives a creamy flavor to the coffee. You can also use creamer or half and a half for decadent flavor.
You can also use oat milk or almond milk for the Vegan option. I also like Pistachio Milk too.
Ip depends. If you add lots of fat, including cream, sugar, whipped cream, etc., it won't be healthy.
But if you want a healthier option, making it at home is a better choice. You can make it as per your taste and preference by adding less sugar (including caramel sauce) & instead of cream or whole milk, you can use fat-free milk or almond milk. Almond Milk has a thick texture but less fat. So adding that to coffee makes it creamy and yet healthy.
Starbucks uses milk, espresso, vanilla syrup, and caramel sauce to make caramel iced coffee. For more caramel flavor, I use caramel sauce instead of vanilla.
