ACHARI PANEER INGREDIENTS

Add Tomatoes, Ginger, and Green Chili in a blender. pulse until pureed and smooth.

Roast the spices and ground in a spice grinder.

Add pureed tomatoes and cook until oil starts to separate.

Add spices and 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add cream/yogur.t  Next, add Paneer & Kasuri Methi.

Serve it with Naan or any Indian flatbread!
