LIST OF INGREDIENTS

CAULIFLOWER, TOMATOES, ONION, GINGER, GARLIC, & INDIAN SPICES

1. SAUT ONION IN THE INSTANT POT UNTIL THEY START TO CHANGE THE COLOR

2. ADD GINGER-GARLIC PASTE & SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE

ADD TOMTOES & SAUTE FOR 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL SOFT & MUSHY.

4. ADD SPICES (including red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and mango powder).

5. ADD POTATOES & SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES (stirring continuously).

6. add cauliflower, salt & water

7. MIX THE INGREDIENTS & PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 MINUTES.
