STEP 1 - COOK THE POTATOES

boil the potatoes 

Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes in an instant Pot.

LET THEM COOL

Once pressure cooked, let me cool down.

PEEL THE POTATOES

Peel the potatoes & pork them using  a knife or a fork.

STEP 2 - COOK THE POTATOES.

ADD OIL IN THE INSTANT POT & SPICES

ADD POTATOES TO THE OIL & FRY THEM.

FRY THEM UNTIL TH EPOTTAOES ARE GOLDNE BROWN IN COLOR.

STEP 3 - PREPARE MASALA

FRY ONION UNTIL THEY START TO CHANGE THE COLOR

ADD GINGER & GARLIC PASTE

COOK TOMATOES FOR 3-5 MINUTES

STEP 4 - DUM ALOO GRAVY

ADD SPICES

ADD POTATOES, YOGURT, AND KASURI METHI

ADJUST & SERVE!
