These delicious Mango Popsicles are such a simple summer treat that you can make with only 2 ingredients. it is vegan, refreshing, and loved by kids as well as adults. If you're a mango lover, then do try these super easy homemade Mango Popsicles!
Add mango chunks (fresh/ frozen) along with coconut water to the blender.(Note: If the mangoes are not sweet enough, then add honey/maple syrup along with lemon juice).
Use a high-speed blender like Vitamix and blend the ingredients until smooth & creamy in texture.
Pour the blended mangoes puree into the popsicle molds. I have used this particular variety of popsicle mold.
Freeze it for at least 4-6 hours. And for better results, overnight.Remove the popsicle from the popsicle molds. If the popsicle not coming out from the mold, then run the warm water around the sides and enjoy!
