Peel the potatoes and mash them using potato masher or fork. Now add all the spices (red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, mango powder, anardana powder and salt). Mix spices and mashed potatoes together. Take small amount of potatoes in hand and roll them in the shape of a cylinder.
Take oil in a pan and shallow-fry the potato cylinders. Takes about 3-4 minutes to fry each side. Once done, take them out and put them over a paper towel to remove excess oil from them.
Take roti and heat it up after adding a little bit of oil over it.
Lay the roti flat on plate or cutting board, Spread the Garlic Spread over it.
Mix green chutney with sliced onions. Put this sliced onion on one side of roti. Add potato cylinders over it.
Spread a few veggies over potato. Lastly, drizzle some Siracha Mayonnaise over it.
Wrap everything in a roll like a burrito and enjoy.
