MANGO POPSICLE (2-Ingredients)

Popsicle Mold
Blender
Popsicle Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups Mangoes fresh/frozen
  • ½ cup Coconut Water

Optional Ingredients:

  • 3-4 tablespoon Honey/Sugar or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add mango chunks (fresh/ frozen) along with coconut water to the blender.
    (Note: If the mangoes are not sweet enough, then add honey/maple syrup along with lemon juice).
  • Use a high-speed blender like Vitamix and blend the ingredients until smooth & creamy in texture.
  • Pour the blended mangoes puree into the popsicle molds. I have used this particular variety of popsicle mold.
  •  Freeze it for at least 4-6 hours. And for better results, overnight.
    Remove the popsicle from the popsicle molds. If the popsicle not coming out from the mold, then run the warm water around the sides and enjoy!
