You can make Turmeric Milk/ Golden Milk with any milk of your choice. You can use Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Oats Milk, Soy Milk, Cashew Milk, or any regular Milk.
You make this milk without any sweetener too or can use Maple Syrup/Honey/Sugar/Sweeetner in the pan.
Adding almonds, pistachios, and saffron are optional but do enhance the flavor.
You can serve it hot or cold. You can leave leftover Golden Milk in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
If you don't want to make Chai Masala, you can also add a little amount of cinnamon, black peppercorns, and nutmeg when making the drink and later strain them. Or you can adjust or eliminate them altogether.
