- MANGOES: You can use fresh or frozen mangoes in the popsicle. Make sure to use extra sweet mangoes because you won't need to add honey/sugar. When using fresh mangoes, strain the puree if it has lots of hair. You can also use frozen mango bags from Indian stores like Kesari Aam (mangoes), as those are extremely sweet & flavorful. Or you can also use Trader Joe's Thai Mangoes bag.
- COCONUT WATER: The second ingredient that you will need is coconut milk. Use the most natural coconut water that you can find. I use Naturally Harvest Coconut Water that is cold-pressed. It is extremely sweet and tastes much better than other brands of coconut water.
Some Additional Ingredients you can use:
- Honey/Maple Syrup: If the mangoes are not sweet enough, you can add honey/maple syrup.
- Yogurt: Instead of coconut water, you can also use greek yogurt and some water for extra creamy flavor.
- Lemon Juice: If you're using honey/maple syrup, add some lemon juice to balance the flavors.
