
Thank you for subscribing to the blog. Here is the easy 1-week meal plan to make your week go smoother and free of worries about what to cook. I have put some of my favorite recipes in it. All these recipes are easy to cook and taste delicious. These Instant Pot recipes don't take much cooking time either!
I like to plan my meal schedule in advance. This way, I don't have to worry every day about what to cook for lunch or dinner. I'm putting one of my best 1-week meal plan here for you. Do try it.
1-WEEK MEAL PLAN THAT YOU'LL LOVE
1. MONDAY
BREAKFAST- AVOCADO TOAST: Monday is usually a little hectic. So ease it with my 5-minutes Avocado Toast Recipe. This is easy and you can add any topping of your liking.
LUNCH - ALOO GOBHI: My days are really tough on Monday so I prefer something simple that can be cooked quickly. And Aloo Gobhi fits perfectly for a busy weekday.
DINNER - MOONG DAL TADKA FRY: Finish the day with a nourishing & comforting lentils recipe. This is easy and you can make it under 30 minutes. It is served with Rice or Indian Flatbread.
2. TUESDAY
BREAKFAST - SABUDANA KHICHDI: I like Tuesdays to be fun after a busy & hectic Monday. So here I have an easy & simple breakfast recipe, Sabudana Khichdi.
LUNCH - KADAI PANEER: Kadai Paneer is my favorite & it doesn't take a lot of time for preparations. It is great for lunch or dinner.
DINNER - RAJMA MASALA: Rajma Masala / Kidney Beans Curry goes great in dinner as it is filling & comforting and pairs well with rice. It is easy and everyone loves this curry.
3. WEDNESDAY
BREAKFAST - BAKED POTATO: Start the day with my special Baked Potato that you can easily make in the Instant Pot or in an Air Fryer with your favorite toppings.
LUNCH - BAINGAN BHARTA: If you want something which is delicious but doesn't take much of your time, then Bharwan Baingan / Stuffed Eggplant will fit in your schedule.
DINNER - CHILI GARLIC NOODLES: I enjoy noodles any day of the week & they definitely fit well mid-week. You get a change from the usual Indian food recipes & no one can say no to them.
4. THURSDAY
BREAKFAST - FRIED IDLI: Fried Idli works great in breakfast or in the evening snacks too. It is quick & easy if you have some leftover Idlis. You can add different chutneys to complement the recipe.
LUNCH - JACKFRUIT MASALA: Jackfruit Masala is an easy recipe to enjoy in lunch. It is made in under 30 minutes with some basic Indian spices.
DINNER- PAV BHAJI: Pav Bhaji is a popular street food that you can easily make in the Instant Pot without any mess. It is made in minutes and is healthy, full of flavors, and goes great with some dinner rolls.
5. FRIDAY
BREAKFAST - KHAMAN DHOKLA: Khaman Dhokla is a great option for the breakfast and is healthy as it is made from gram flour batter. This is popular for evening snacks and works perfectly for breakfast too.
LUNCH - CHIMICHURRI RICE: Friday is somewhat relaxing for me so I prefer making something special. Chimichurri Rice is full of flavors and is easy & quick to make in the Instant Pot.
DINNER - CAULIFLOWER TIKKA MASALA: I keep Friday dinner a little special too. Cauliflower Tikka Masala fits perfectly in a special Friday dinner menu.
6. SATURDAY
BREAKFAST - SWEET POTATO & CHICKPEAS HASH: Start the weekend with my personal favorite Sweet Potato & Chickpeas hash. It is healthy & tastes so amazing.
LUNCH - PALAK PANEER: Palak Paneer has always been my favorite. It is healthy & can be made quickly in the Instant Pot.
DINNER - PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE: Pineapples are perfect for weekends as they are so flavorful. I cook either noodles or fried rice on the weekends & Pineapple Fried Rice is always on the top of my list.
7. SUNDAY
BREAKFAST - BANANA BREAD: Sometimes it's good to have something special and light. So I usually like Banana Bread or Zucchini Muffins for those days.
LUNCH - AIR-FRIED CAULIFLOWER TACOS: Who doesn't love Tacos? Weekend gets more special with these special air-fried cauliflower tacos with avocado & jalapeno cream.
DINNER - VEG BIRYANI: End the week with super aromatic Veg Biryani that you can easily make in Instant Pot without much fuss.
